Guiding residential and commercial clients through every step of their real estate matter, from contracting to closing.
Representing buyers and sellers on real estate closing throughout New Jersey, handling purchase and sales contracts, title review, negotiations and managing all mortgage contingencies, document preparation and coordination of closing to protect the interest of my clients.
Provide comprehensive legal representation for buying and selling commercial properties, including due diligence, contract drafting, lease reviews, zoning compliance and closing.
Assist clients with drafting use and occupancies agreements for continued occupancy post closing.
Handling multi-family and apartment / multi-unit dwellings for owners, buyers, investors and developers including but not limited to acquisitions, sales, financing and lease agreements.

Handling all aspects of tidelands related due diligence pertaining to riparian grants, tidelands license, and waterfront permitting for waterfront properties.
