Fee Structure

 Most transactions for residential real estate closings are handled on a flat-fee basis. Additional fees may be charged only when there are contractual provisions or circumstances that deviate from and are outside of the normal closing process, such as resolution of encroachment issues, drafting of use and occupancy agreements, or other agreements not routinely included in the closing process.
