For the past 25+ years I have handled primarily real estate transactions. I have been assisting individuals, entities and trusts throughout New Jersey buy and sell real estate. I am well versed in the closing process and how best to assist buyers and sellers, navigating the process with ease to achieve their goal of getting to the closing table.

I recognize that many clients are first-time homebuyers. I consistently help guide them and explain the steps and areas to be addressed during the closing process, such as: attorney review, deposit obligations, inspections/due diligence, mortgage contingency, title review, and closing. Many first-time homebuyers are unfamiliar and have many questions that I am prepared to answer.
